Got a debit card thats what i set up the first paypal with, THEN they wanted a credit card as proof of who i am.Owed out = lots. :cool:0

i don't know whay they had mine on hold then, i sent them around 10 emails and all i got back were standard "your account is on hold you may not withdraw" copy and pasted replies.
i think they just wanted to keep my money in their bank system, sit on it for as long as possible and make interest on it - like they do.Owed out = lots. :cool:0
