Am I best increasing my time now at roughly the same speed, rather than trying to go further in the same time

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Spud, are you running or are you walking?

From what I've read on the running, thread.....you should start off by being to walk for a good distance to build up core strength and muscles then move onto running.

I'm sure that Rich on the running thread would give you some more detailed advice :D

    Well done though.

    Do whatever feels comfortable Spud.

I have to have music with a beat that's exactly in time with my feet when I'm running.

    Well done though.

I did a couple of minutes running, then the rest a quick walk.

The running thread is a scary place Twitty, not sure I'd class meself as a runner just yet :o

I think your right though, build up on me 40 minutes at the same pace. No point being able to run 20 minutes, then not be able fo finish the 10k ehh
