Three Mobile Repair

I have just booked my mobile in for repair with three and they say that parceline will collect it. At no point through the process did I see an address for the repair centre so can I assume that parceline will have been given an envelope to put it in? If you have ever had your three mobile repaired could you please advise me?

Hi,
Had phone repaired before 3 yrs and was collected by parcel service. I was just asked by 3 Customer service to keep phone ready for collection in a box/padded envelope with a letter stating the problem.
You do not need any address...0 -
Thanks for the info. Its almost a week later and I'm still waiitng for parceline to collect unfortunately, how long have other people waited since booking it in for repair to have it collected?0

My brother was given a date and the courier came then. 2 days later it was back and repaired!0
