Help me with my phone company please!

In janurary of this year i took a 3 contract mobile phone, i applied on line selected the deal i wanted etc and recieved my confirmation e-mail...In this comfirmation email it stated that my contract was £15 a month which is the deal i selected i also had written confirmation from 3 telling me this. However when i checked my internet banking i realised they had been taking £33 a month off me which im certainly not happy with! I rang 3 up and explaing how i was unaware of the amount they have been taking off me and asked why it was so much and they told me when i applied for the contract i had selected a £30 a month contract. I explained that i had paperwork to prove other wise and then 3 told me that when i applied for the contract i had apparently agreed to an add on which is £15 a month and they refuse to take it off! But i wasnt made aware of this i never had no letters/emails to tell me so. So now i am stuck in a contract which is a lot more than expected and to my knowledge theres nothing i can do...are 3 in the right?

If you've got a good phone, they are probably charging you £15 a month + £15 for 150 video minutes. It's a marketing ploy, as no-one ever uses the video calling, so actually you are on a £30 deal. What phone did you get?0

What phone did you get? Three are unique in that they charge an extra monthly fee for certain phones rather than a one off cost. So for instance, the Nokia N96 is an extra £20 per month, meaning your £15 for line rental turns into £35 overall per month.0
