If Windows Updates are current and it's only for a few seconds while the OP checks, it's very unlikely to be a problem.I've got the same Norton Internet Security with the firewall running and it receives the updates ok and didn't have to set anything in the firewall to allow it either. I wouldn't expect a Norton firewall to block access to and from its own site.
Stranger things have happened where Norton products are concerned!0 -
MY sister has also a problem her system keeps getting stuck on "refreshing" its now unable to scan.my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0
