Ultimately, you need to find out if WFS have set up a new agreement and, if so, request a copy of it. If this doesn't exist, it can't be collected.

OK. Letter for CCA request and a letter to dispute the information on my credit file, both printed and ready to go. Will send via recorded delivery of course.

Now, do I send these letters to compliance, where I first sent my PPI complaint?

Yep, but send it to their freepost address as it is cheaper.

Freepost RLUU - ERRT - XKLR
    Welcome Finance
    Compliance Services
    Mere Way
    Ruddington
    Nottingham

Send it recorded and they have 12+2 days to respond with your agreement.

Really, really fed up with this company!!

Received a cheque in the post on Saturday for my PPI refund only, nothing for the life insurance which they agreed to refund. The figures on the breakdown are different to what they first agreed to pay. The PPI premium is slightly more and the interest is slightly lower! Weird! They've also added on £200 compensation.

Since there's no mention in the letter about the life insurance and the letter states that the complaint has now been concluded, it sounds like they're not going to refund the life insurance. I'm not cashing the cheque until I find out about the life insurance refund.

I gave Welcome a call today, but just got passed about from department to department, which I knew would happen. So I called my adjudicator at FOS - very nice man :) - and I've sent him a copy of the letter which came with the cheque as it has a breakdown. He's going to contact Welcome and try to clear it all up.

I really can't wait for all this to be over and have this company done with. Still no sign of an agreement for the second account. I don't want to stop paying and put the account in dispute as they've damaged my credit rating enough!

Good luck with this Lou, if you signed, then they should oblige with the original offer, I'm sure the FOS will look into this for you.
    Fingers crossed.;)

Just an update to say that my PPI and life insurance refunds are all finally sorted. Very pleased that it's now all over and we've used the money to give our living room a complete and well needed make-over!! :D And we're glad we got to do it without taking out anymore credit! :T
