What address does Vodafone have for you?

Long story, after accepting an outbound retentions deal, I call the next day and the deal is nowhere to be seen on the system.

After sorting it with their CS (only took 2 days :rolleyes:), I was promised my phone was ordered and ready for delivery today.

I sit at home and wait. After call CS for the tracking number, I check and see that it's been refused delivery. CS says the address they have is my old one, so I tell him that I changed my address with Vodafone 4 months ago when I moved, and I just received my PAC code letter from Voda to my new address. Nevermind, he checks my address details on their system and they ONLY have the old address, no sign of the new address.

Right, this is now very weird, but he changes my address on the system to the new one to avoid any more confusion. While he's doing that, I dig up my bills and lo-and-behold, all the bills since I've moved are to my new address.

So, vodafone can bill me correctly but cba to find the correct address to send my phone too.

Please ring vodafone and ask them to check what address they have for you.
