all it says here in front of me is Abbey credit card not sure how this is going to help. if this is the case that i am incurring interest now i am also worried as not much money in current account at mo i may not even get another 0% credit card to move this whole amount over as self employed. any help appreciated. thanks in advance.Perhaps, the OP has an Abbey/Santander card (as opposed to an Abbey/MBNA one), as you suggested above. That would seem to be the most likely explanation.0

Hey, used to work for MBNA as a call agent, or a ...(or phone monkey)
Anyway, to find out which abbey card you have, look at the back next to the sig strip and it would say "this card is owned and underwritten by ******" or something like that. And would either say MBNA, or santander.
And also, you cant transfer between MBNA cards for definate, though there are ways round itthe computer doesn't let it go through and say' 'nope' lol xx

I got hte Virgin CC too as it had 14 months interest free and I got caught out as i made a late payment and suddenly they were charging me interest. I complained and they explained why and said as long as I set up a Direct Debit they would put me back on the 0% but would not cancel the interest they just charged.
I never got that with barclaycard but it's the small print that keeps these guys in business I guess.0
