3, Two Falty Phones. Massive Charge

Options
Hey

Ive been on my 18 month contract on three for about 15 months now, and ive just about had it.

My first problem was when i took out my first phone with the contract the nokia 6500. it was slow, and i mean real slow. The msn as promised did'nt work, and it ended up going onto the internet while my phone was in my bag leaving me about a £60 charge. Of which i paid, after alot of time on there phone line. It would also change song when i was trying to listen to music on my phone. Which was again one of the reasons i brought the phone.

My second problem and the biggest. The Signal. i can hardaly get any signal in my house/school/work/town. Yet on there website it still says i have full signal. When i most definetly do not.

My third and final problem. I managed to loose my phone at a concert, Yes my falt and i ended up paying like £5 for a new sim from them and i chucked it in an old nokia phone that worked fine for ages untill i got a text saying in 5 days you will not be able to use you 3G sim card in this 2G phone. ok it says in there contract somewhere i cant use my sim card in an unlocked phone. so i brought a £50 phone, Sony Ercsson K850i. it worked fine for about a month. I was looking on there 3 music site on my phone round a friends where i decided to bye a song. my keyboard on the phone since then has not worked corectly. sending texts to people i dont want. logging onto the internet its self and a number of other things. Now leaving me with a £40 charge for net use. i have managed to use texts only when im at home with my phone connected to my laptop using the PC suite that came with the phone. a huge inconvience.

Is this enough to cancel my contract, i havent left out any details (as you can see by the amount) if i had no doubt they would be able to find something that was my falt.

I cannot send my phone in for repair as it is in my mums partners name. Well i could as i am still in contact with him. But i dont reli want to as i would send it of for repair and then in less than 2 weeks later have the same problem like everyone els seems to get when there phone goes for repair

Any Help Or Tips...?:A

Why didn't you just get a replacement phone or a repair for the first one?
  • We Tryed To Get A Repair But They Said They Are Working With Nokia to Solve The Problem So I Was Stuck With It. And I Didnt Get A Replacement After I Lost It Because I Was Unhappy With The Phone, And I Didnt Want To Pay Something Like £200 They Was Charging For It

This all sounds like your fault rather than 3's.

What's with the capital letters at the start of each word?

Err just going onto a page on the internet doesn't use anymore data than on that specific page so sounds a bit strange?

Never ever heard of that and doesn't sound right, I had a unlocked phone on 3 that was bought from a web mobile site as delivered on a 3 contract unlocked. If this is the case mobiles.co.uk might have a problem as they sell all their phones as unlocked on contracts

He will mean that you can't use a 3 simcard in a 2G only handset or they will block it :)

Send the phone BACK TO NOKIA! Three don't have a clue on earth how to repair phones. just don't bother with them. I never send phones back to the network they just take a million years to repair them and they can't even do that properly.

Read the thread rash, he lost the nokia...
They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it
