Why is 10 O'Clock important? As long as auction didn't finish until 12 hours later then the buyer could withdraw their bid.

There are no ebay requirements for sellers to sit at their PCs for 24 hours a day I am away next weekend and have auctions scheduled to finish on the evening the day I come back, so probably won't log in until they close. I am perfectly at liberty to do that, usually I wouldn't but the opportunity came up for a luxury weekend break so I wasn't going to say no!

Also remember that if the buyer was allowed to walk away from the deal without a blemish the seller would want their FVFs guaranteed to be returned, ebay do not usually give up their money that easily.
