Right, anyone answer this one...I have just had some super douper cheese on toast...mexican cheese on warburtons toastie bread....not very cambridge diet but thought I would work it into my calories today. So I pop onto food focus to log the calories and on the bread packet it says the bread is 111 calories a slice.....on food focus it says 240 a slice...now obviously I want it to be the lower calories but why the difference....

Sammy - bread is a funny one due to its different sizes but a slice of bread is about 40grams usually but can be up 70grams I think...

I've just discovered that Oxfam sell clothes etc online - how lazy is that, charity shop shopping without walking anywhere :D Free delivery this weekend as well, I found a pair of linen trousers for £3.99.

Right, must stop buying things now...

are you sure you're not reading one of the figures as it is at 100g, rather than a slice.... like you did with the creme eggs?!
