I've got some nice purple goggles, just need to get past the thought that the water's gonna go in my ears & up nose
No excuses really, I've got the sea across the road from me & a swimming pool 5 minutes walk away :o

it can't go anywhere really in your ears...

it doesn't go up your nose unless you breathe in thru your nose... and even if it does, it doesn't actually hurt as much as we think it will....

take those notes from my earlier post with you and practice the exercises and i betcha you will be swimming face in by the end of your session...

i'm not bigging myself up as an expert, but i know it worked for me....

once your head and neck are inline, your swimming automatically becomes better cause you're in one straight line... having your face in, brings everything else into line......

go on, let me know how you get on with it this weekend! - a mini challenge babes!

I had my eyes lasered Inky...but now I need reading glasses.....

I'll have to pop along & see what's on offer, at the pool where I used to live (only about 30 miles away) they used to have "ladies only" sessions (calm down Lenny) on Wednesday evening's.
