Not sure yet Sue, where it's a prize it's hard to know what we're entitled to and I can't get a reply from Dell either on the phone, web chat or email at the mo, I have a "service tag" which should tell them how long we've had it etc so I am darn well hoping for a repair but it doesn't really help Claire get her work done - it's a flippen huge stress atm :mad:

But when you were talking about it earlier I thought your daughter was about 13/14, and you say she's 26!:rotfl:

Awww Nicky, so sorry you're under so much stress. I know how stressfull it was when my computer packed up but because your daughters got such important work on it must be so much harder.

Really really hope you can sort it soon.

I hadn't realised it was a prize, sorry, and Gingerchick..... my Daughter is 33 next week and is just the same when things don't go her way. More fool us Mums who let them get away with it!

Evening all.

Got in from a lovely meal out with friends - I do like Brown's Pie shop! :) I'm now sat at the puter in my pjs continuing to sort my holiday snaps!
