it's lucky I'm not a skirt girl outside - I'm only wearing it inside as I hadn't worn one in ages.. oh well! You learn I guess..

Hi, just got back from Grand designs show, had a lovely time, lots of lovely things need to win the lottery now. Collected a great big pile of free postcards, and 4 freebie bags with odd bits in. Also had a quick look around the golf show.
Hope your ok now Gemma, don't like buzzy things, glad you recovered your keys Tulip.
Came home to a red card, how annoying have to wait till Tuesday now, not sure what it is.
Wine, where's the wine? just had two mugs of tea, dinner in oven, now must look at comps.

just sent off some work to my supervisor...:T phew what a relief! but now I have to send him a plan detailing when I will be finishing every single chapter..


feeling terribly guilty got a ---> 25-unit (just seen that:eek:) big bottle of brandy aged for 3 years in oak barrels...I definitely have to make this last the whole weekend/week feel guilty though 1. because my wages are shrinking so fast :eek: iyt's terrifying!! 2. because he bought me some lovely pjs :o but did not buy himself something that I know he needs!!!! but my logic is :cool: if I get an expensive drink and make it last it is better than getting rubbish drinks every night!


Ps, I don't understand units there seems to be more in a glass of wine than a glass of brandy ?? although the percentage of alcohol is higher in brandy..or am i just finding excuses!!!

its a 30 mile round trip, but we decided to pop and see him because i phoned him and he saounded really ill so went to take his washing and he looked really ill told him if he gets worse to phone 999 he is only a few minutes from the hospital luckily.

Gemma, I made the stupid mistake of opening the window few weeks ago too, and the ugliest hairiest i don't-know-what just decided to land on the window right above my head...it was like a different breed more as if this
and this had a one-night stand!!!!! (a winged spider ??)
What I did:1. :eek: :eek: 2.calmed down 3. tip toed away from it so I did not disturb its calm .....and make it move! Then watched it for around half an hour I was right by the door just in case it made the first move...which it did but it thankfully walked to the side of the curtain facing the window....and I very carefully drew the curtains close, with the window open :T I showed it the way

There is no way on earth I could have thrown yellow pages on it :eek::eek::eek: ewwwww the noise this would have made!!!! is worse than the sting...omg omg no way !!!!! ewwwwwwwwww

Now confessions time: were you not having a cream egg or something sweet that it carved???
