That is so true, it's when I miss my Mum the most. My own Daughter who lives in her own flat in the next town always comes home when she's not well. She's here now, fast asleep next to me on the sofa, went out on the tiles with friends last night and must have had a dodgy kebab because she feels awful. Yeah right LOL, blame the kebab ;)

    Is your Mum not nearby?

    Always blame the kebab.;););)

Your OH sounds lovely. It's good that your parents are with you. You might feel okay, but after a panic attack, it's just nice to have someone nearby. Plus, when you're feeling down, there is nothing quite like a Mum.;)

He is bless him - he has had a lot to take on and get his head round recently with eveything i have going on and now the depression. yeah i know - i always want my mum even at 26 or my dad was a bit of a daddy's girl when i was younger - prob cos he was a fireman and i was always worried about him - cos he was the boss he went to jobs from home, and the phone would ring in the middle of the night and we'd have no ideas where he was going or if he'd come back - sorry that sounds so melodramatic but you know what i mean xxxxx

    Good afternoon everyone :D

I'm finally home from work, the day dragged something awful

Lots to do - wash dishes, wash clothes, clean kitchen floor, hoover and wash car and cook the biggest chicken in the world for tea :D most of the other stuff can be achieved whilst the chicken is cooking :rotfl: lots of Avon to sort out too, keep putting it off but it's taking over my kitchen now :rotfl:

then tonight and tomorrow ... comp comp comp comp comp

i've lost my comping mojo since the internet went away so need to recover it :rotfl: xxx

    Hello again all!!

I love your new avatar even more than the old bunny, Splodz.

I posted on the Facebook group MSE Compers Unite; a competition which requires a purchase if anyone's interested. I won't say more here as that's not fair now we know it's against the rules.

On my 23rd page of comps, ploughing through; luckily there's loads I am not interested in entering so it's going a bit more quickly.

We lost Mum 2 years ago sadly, she was 82 and had Dementia towards the end, so it was a kind of release for dad and the family. She was a great Mum until then.
