I don't have a problem if people enter the comps with the intention of giving the prize to someone else they know, it's only when they have absolutely no use for it and no one to give it to.

I did post a prize on here (it was for a baby gift) as I was going to give it to my auntie but she lost the baby I hope people weren't annoyed at me for that

Yummy aren't they!! I figured making my own would save me money as they're so expensive from Milkshake shop!! I kinda ruined the money saving aspect by getting OH to go buy a new blender though :rotfl:

Most of you know i only pop into the inn now and again and its normaly to let off a bit of steam:D

But after reading the I won board recently i thought i'd pop in to say that why are so many people entering comps for prizes that are no use to them or too far away to use. Is it Greed or the thought of selling on e bay?:mad:

Any way, having popped in, i now notice that i'm not the only one to have spotted it so i'll stop typing and go and have a cold shower instead

Comp board has changed in quite a few ways recently, its too easy for people to come on here, get greedy & start entering every competition on here... even if its something they know they can't use, esp annoying when its tickets which quite often they can't pass on or sell anyway!!

I've noticed quite a few of the regular friendly posters have stopped posting as much now which is quite sad really!

I will admit to selling a couple of my prizes on ebay though I won a processor & because of a mix up got sent 2, so I sold one & kept one, also the oven I wanted from john lewis was out of stock so sold vouchers so I could get the oven elsewhere...

The processor money is in our new baby fund though so not all bad
