    What was a sarcastic comment?

Do you mean the poster that said:

"can people let us know which stores you got them from... Saying Yay I got one, does not help anyone else... thanks.!"

    Where is the sarcasm?

They could have said, 'Which store did you find stock?'

I think that it was a mean way to respond to a happy post.

Great the poster got one and I am sure we are all happy for them, but the fact remains that the post does not help anybody else on this (quick grabbit now) board if they do not state where there was stock available (to grabbit now) or not!

If I was being sarcastic then I would not have said thanks... But This was posted a couple of hours before originally on the hotukdeals website which is why people probably didn't say thanks to the original poster of this thread as they have been looking over there.....

Edit and the above quote some how magically has an exclamation mark in it when my original post doesn't...

    ENOUGH DEBATING
What most people want on this thread, is to find one netbook, not to read comments about who is right and who is not. If no more useful info is available, then lets close this thread. I don't mean to be rude, but I think this thread is out of topic.

If it helps anyone, I called Gallions Reach, Romford, Romford Goodmayes and Rainham and none left.

I was after a pink one for GF's birthday and it seems that I may get one on Fleebay now.
Going to war over religion is basically killing one another to see who's got the better imaginary friend...

    Hi all,

I am pretty sure i seen this laptop on Saturday at Tesco in Monkspath - Solihull. There was one left, and the shelf price was £199. It was a blue one. I can only assume that it would have scanned through at £129?

Anyways, I hope this helps someone!

Some people wanted this laptop put to them on a plate. Do your own research by phoning or going to your local stores and inquiring. Getting in early on this deal was the key (last thursday night it kicked off).
I used this info and went down for 9 o'clock Friday morning to my local Extra store and found the right person to ask, thankfully having them in stock at £129.
So get the info soon as possible from the various forums and the early bird catches the worm, and do the donkey work for yourselves.

I did go before work friday early morning but they had none in stock they said, thats covetry ricoh, coventry walsgrave and banbury extra stores... Although I think the key is to get them to check the storerooms, all these places did not check for me, they just said we don't stock it or that it was not on the computer system. But if anyone in the midlands knows were to get one from then pm me! thanks. edit: or tell us here ;)

First of all thanks to TehJumpingJawa - I managed to get a 110L from Tesco Altrincham on Friday for £99. :T

For those of you asking its a nice little notebook - and enough for 'uni work'. 8GB of memory sounds pitiful in today's market but this amount of memory is fine for this notebook. It happily multitasks (eg. listening to music via a usb stick and surfing at the same time), and has a nice interface. If you want to store a lot of data, go for the A150, but the storage memory on the A110 can be expanded using an SD card (mine took 8GB, it would probably take more - any exact figure anyone?) and of course you can plug in USB memory sticks. Webcam is good quality too and the the system can be updated online.

Good luck finding one - excellent value in my view, looks great too.

hello be877, am sure I read it is 32GB max for sd cards, also does the £99 laptop have dual sd slots like the A150?
