    I wouldn't bother, you've proven you are perfectly capable of doing it on your own.

    'We recently sold a town house for £455,000'.....'Lets just say it'd be quite a lot more than the £455k plus whatever money it would take to do it up (we were quoting around £350k)'. ??

    Sometimes, you can get a great deal at an auction.
    I was shocked how much I was able to save just by living below my means.

    Thanks for your comment, but would you mind elaborating on it a bit. Its useful to see someone else's unbiased (unlike Dozy's) point of view - but it needs a little bit of substance to justify it.
