Just to clear matters up I am not a business registered as a private seller, I was basically just selling an item that I no longer wanted, I have sent lots of items via this courier before, stuff that I have sold on Ebay and elsewhere over a long period of time, anyway I am going to refund the seller and not bother anymore.DMP mutual support thread member:3270
