    Yep, and also use convection to your advantage. Suck in cold air at the bottom, and blow out hot air that has risen to the top of the case.

    Thanks nick, appreciate your replies.

    PC is still under warranty but is just out of the 12 month 'at home' stage and they'll want it to be sent off now. I'll see if they will just send me out the replacement fans to stick in myself. They seem to be just fitted with plastic connectors and look fairly straightforward to replace.

    They might not agree to this though. :undecided

    Edit: Scrap that....just pulled out paperwork and it's 2 years on site, 1 year back to base. Will get someone out now. :dance:
