Which company did you buy it from?
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Your contract is with Tesco, the fault (if there is a fault) lies with them. they are liable assuming there is a fault.
Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?

As mentioned your complaint is with Tesco.

If it helps decking stain doesn't last that long a couple of years before it need redoing, that's assuming you followed the instructions

I tend to use decking oil myself I get 2 years out of it with 2 coats

Thanks everyone, deck was cleaned, dried, and stain applied by a professional, no corners cut, but I've been given every excuse on earth. I think time to cut my losses and remove remaining stain which should'nt take much as it comes away with a light shower of rain, only been down four months when problem started. again thanks.

Hi, Thanks for your replies. The store sent a letter to say "under the cicumstances they regret they are unable to compensate", an attatched letter from their supplier full of more excuses why it did'nt stay keyed to the decking cocludes with the line qoute' as the customer has been reimbursed we trust this matter is concluded with everyones full satisfaction 'unquote. I just wish they would have sent someone out to see the problem, but this is'nt company policy apparently.
