Username Change

Hi

Have sent emails regarding this before, but just seem to get a standard email, bounced back to me.

I really need to change my username as its the same as my email address, can you please help me do this?

It all seems ok to me.... Mrsbojangles no @yahoo for example to be seen.

And I would like to change mine too, but keep getting the e-mail, is the only way correct is to re-register?

I have tried to re-register but it won't accept it as I only have the one email address and it says its already in use!

Hope we can get it sorted Sandra x

It's easy enough to get another email address, got plenty of gmails if you want one.

If you keep getting the automated reply when you email webmaster at moneysavingexpert dot com, then email the other email address where it says "If you need further help..." - furtherhelp at moneysavingexpert dot com I think. You need to say what your current username is, and your preferred new username with some alternatives incase the preferred isn't available.

It doesn't apply in this case, but for future reference for other users in the same situation, if you have used your email address, full name, something against the site rules or something that could personally identify you then you should contact abuse at moneysavingexpert dot com. But that's only for the reasons above, if you just want a general username change then you need to follow the instructions in the first paragraph.
