t-mobile contract - no signal
Options
I have a contract with t-mobile which expires in November but all of a sudden im not recieving any signal in my house. Texts are taking at least 20mins to send if they go at all and i cant recieve calls. I cant make calls it just says calls failed and wont even let me make emergency calls or to t-mobile. Not so good when you could go into labour any day now and need my phone obviously. What can i do, i know it wont be as simple as cancelling and paying nothing but who can i go to?!
Thanks.
Thanks.

Ring T mobile ?0

Could be a mast down if it's only just happened. Call them and they can do a check on the equipment in your area.0

yeah as jon said could be a mast down - these things happen on all networks
its a bit funny that you can even make emergency calls though, most places do have at least one other network you can use to make 999 calls.
the best thing is to phone T-Mobile and as them, could end being a handset problem or even a sim card.0
