Natwest charges reclaim

Options
Hi, I have now got into trying to reclaim my charges back (late I know) anyway I have totalled up the charges and it comes to around 6700. Now I know that there is a delay because of the test case and so on but what I would like to know is should I ask for that amount or should I caclulate all the interest and claim that too.

I can`t belive that I got charged so much for going over, I have an overdraft but if the bank would have let me add £500 to it I think my charges would have been less than £500 to £750 for the last 5 and a half years. One of the charges that really wound me up was this one,

CHG CARD MISUSE , POS 5.98, POS 2.00 70.00

I know banks have to make money but thats a bit unfair I think.

Thanks Will

As I said, you can go back to July 2001 since that is more or less stated within the FSA waiver.

that doesn't ring a bell at all. I would speak to your bank and get them to give you more information on that entry.
