    Are you an MP? You've lost your second home allowance but now get paid to turn up, and I think it works out slightly better for you.

    I put this on another thread, but 60 something quid worse off.

    Guardian however says 30 quid worse off.

    I guess living on my own and not having a sprog didn't score me many points. Ahh well.

    Do the calculators take into account VAT going up! I am not worried things in the budget per se. More interested in whether I am (financially) better off next year.
