Then go into paypal and open a basic dispute to correspond with the seller via their system. If that doesn't get any response after a few days then escalate it to a full chargeback for non receipt.

I've sent another email requesting a response to my earlier email and have given them until Thursday to respond before I open a dispute.

Finally had a response just now saying they had a family emergency and will post it out at the weekend.

i always send out my stuff, the day after they have paid, if there will be a delay, i will email to let them know.

I won something on sunday and i paid on sunday.
This is a new seller/business and have heard nothing!
I emailed them yeterday, Still nothing! I really dont have time for this!
Is monday 4th may the earliest i can open a basic dispute with paypal?

Our dispatch is only updated once every two weeks. Terrible really, but when we're as busy as we are we have to prioritise.

That said not updating does increase the number of 'has it been sent yet' type questions.

I'm still waiting for my delivery. Definite Neg for the seller which will be their first to accompany their few neutrals.

I will probably get a neg back but I feel it's important to be honest about the experience I had with the seller.

Worth bearing in mind that if it's gone 2nd class or standard parcels they're not quick services.

You won't get a neg back. Sellers can't leave negative or neutral feedback for any transaction, and if they leave "false positive" feedback then ebay will remove it at your request.

I don't entirely agree with that set-up, but it's how things are now.

Sellers can't neg' so don't worry.

Appreciate that but I won and paid a week last Monday and she/he said they would post this weekend. Not really good enough IMO regardless of any family emergencies.

I maybe more sympathic if they had emailed me to advise me and give me the chance to a refund etc. but they didn't. They made no contact until I emailed after hearing nothing for a week.
