Not everyone that can spell can type efficiently - especially if emotional.

OP you have a lot to deal with generally with your mental health problems and your parents. I hope you get the counseling and support you need from people that know how to deal with these situations.

I hope you can tell your parents your efforts to rectify at least part of the situation and if you seek help to stop your gambling I'm sure they will be glad to see you trying to put matters right, even if it takes a long time for them to forgive you.

I get the impression the OP knows what a terrible thing they have done and not sure telling them again will help matters - assuming this is a genuine post, they need help.

The best thing you can do for your parents at the moment is to move out so that they can try and live the rest of your Dad's life in some sort of peace.

Your mother has been hit by a double whammy - a dying husband and a lying son. No wonder she's on suicide watch.

Move out, pay the money back (even if it takes years)and stop feeling so sorry for yourself. Direct your feelings to the loved ones who've been let down so badly.

I've not read all of this, and can't help with legal issues but are you taking your medication? Also, why are you dealing with your Parents finances? I'm Bipolar also & know how you could've ended up in this situation & it's good you realise this. Were you high when this all happened or not? I think you need to contact the Gambling people & also a CPN & your Psyc? Are they aware of this? It's a terrible thing to have done but tame compared to what some do with this illness & i'm sure (Well I hope) if you didn't have it you'd not have done this. However, you MUST take the medication & also put something into place to prevent relapses or to get help if you go out of control x

Same as Tigerlily, I'm bipolar and I've done some STUPID things with money when I've not been well. Admittedly, they haven't been on this scale but I can honestly say that it's only because I haven't had access to that kind of money.

What you need to do is see a CPN/psych doctor/GP and get some help. This may be medication (I'm not sure whether you're medicated at the moment) or another form of therapy. They will be able to point you in the direction of someone who can help with regards to the gambling.

I've really hurt people close to me in the past. It takes a long time and a lot of work to get them back on side - but I've found that taking baby steps and admitting you (a) have a problem and (b) need help (and then taking that help when offered) goes a long way.

I do believe that you suffer from mental health issues, You may also live the miserable existence you describe.
What I don't understand is that unless your Mother banks with Coutts or has a business line direct to the manager I see no way that she could speak with a teller, probably not anyway. Teller is not commonly used in UK either.
Withdrawing a huge amount is suspect too, and what bank would charge £100.00 be being overdrawn?
Aah, you're not in the UK? So morally you can be advised but the practical help has to relate to your own country, though I suspect a GA is available in every country.
Have you discussed all this with your mental health worker? If not , that would be a good starting point. Good luck and best wishes.
    Try Ireland possibly Northern
