I emailed the buyer back and asked for pictures and also stated that i had pictures on my computer of the trousers in the condition i sent them. she is saying she cannot provide them until next week. she is still adament that there are no buttons on the trousers, so i definately know she is trying it on0

has anyone get any suggestions how to deal with this? i don't really want to refund her because she is probably going to deliberatly ruin the trousers. Plus its the pinciple, but its getting me down because she is sending me messeges every day.

Don't argue this until you have the trousers back, always puts you in a stronger poosition if you have them in your possesion. You will in all probability lose a paypal appeal but you can could threaten legal action. In reality too expensive probably but depends how mad you get. Apart from that not much you can do really.0

Dont argue, tell her your hands are tied until she sends you proof. Send her one final message stating the they were fine when you posted them and so need pictures to prove otherwise.
If she does return them, she'll have to pay the p&p, and i doubt if this is a scam that she'll want to pay for that.0 -
if any of her messages are abusive you can try reporting them to ebay

Really you're just waiting for her to open a paypal dispute I think. Once she does that paypal will tell her to return the item to you for a refund and there's not a thing you can do about it I'm afraid. The joys of ebay :rolleyes:0 -
Did the trousers ever get returned and if so in what condition?0

The email sounds EXACTLY the same as one I got sent from a buyer totally LYING about some clothing they bought from me and then being funny about sending them back.
If you don't mind would you let me know her username as I noticed she has a habit of doing this (from looking at her feedback) and could offer you some advice as I sorted it out in my favour and then got her negative (and very nasty) feedback removed! I believe she is a scammer too.0 -
