Mobile Contract! Look.
Ok heres the situation. I took a contract out with 02 7months ago called 02 200 which is 200 anytime minutes and 100 texts. In december last year I decided to take out an additional hanset out on my contract which meant I could use 2 sims on one phone for an extra 11.99per month on top of the 30 I was paying. So when I set this up he told me I couldnt set this up on 02 200 I would have to change too 02 250 best for bussiness which was no dearer and I would get same mins and txts etc, so the way this would work he would cancel my old contract and put me on a new contract with this additional hanset. So 2 months have went by and I never open my bills until I got 2 in within 3 days of each other. I then twigged I was getting charged for 2 contracts costing me 80quid a month!!!! I then contacted the mobile phone shop and they told me they would sort this out there had been a mistake made by them. So I asked him would I get a refund and he said yes. But he checked over my bills and seen I went over my 200 minutes on my old contract and because it wasnt changed to my additional hanset he said "who was going to pay for them minutes" but I think because he didnt cancel the contract he should pay then money. what do you think? Very confusing. Oh and btw, if you ask why I used my old number when I took a new its because my old was suppose to be the additional hanset.
