cancelling a contract

Hi there. T-mobile recently told me an amount on the phone to pay up to leave the service but, when i spoke to the man i didn't take his name down. I wouldn't normally do something this stupid but, before i'd cancelled the t-mobile contract I went out and bought a new contract with the aim of cancelling the t-mobile one in the afternoon. T-mobile had quoted me incorrectlely and so I now can't afford to leave T-mobile but ive also got the orange contrac to pay aswell!!!!

i tried going onto cell swappers UK but you need to have had your phone already fpr 3 months. I can't wait that long. I need to get out of either contract. Can anyone help me?

Do Orange not have a cooling off period?

If you got the Orange phone from the shop, Your stuck with it, If you want out of the Orange, You will probably have to pay, If you want to get out of T-mobile, You will have to pay. You shoudnt have taken out that Orange contract.

i work for t-mobile and you will have to pay the early term toget out of contract, also if you got the orange phone from the store you will most certainly have no cooling off period. its a no win situation unfortunately! sorry!
