Being bombarded with texts from 3?
For the past few days I've been getting 8 or 9 texts a day, claiming to be from 3 (sender is listed as "3G supp" or "02/3G supp"), and they all say:
PLEASE CALL NOW REGARDING -ADDITIONAL HANDSET. 08702 259 259. CALL NOW.
What's going to happen if I call that number? Is it...
More importantly, is there a way you can block texts from a certain number - not that it would be much use, because there's no number to reply to on these messages :mad:

- 3 trying to extend my contract?
- Another network spamming me / trying to poach me?
- General spam?
More importantly, is there a way you can block texts from a certain number - not that it would be much use, because there's no number to reply to on these messages :mad:

More than likely it's another company trying to dupe you into thinking it's 3. Ignore it, or phone 3 customer services and see what they can do to help stop it.0
