What's the reason you want to be released from it?0

This question comes up on almost a weekly basis. There are no loopholes. You've agreed to a legally binding contract and the network will hold you to it, sorry.0

No, You signed a contract, Be lucky its only 18 months, and not for life!0

Does anybody know--does anybody know? Are there any loop holes that'd allow me to get out of a £30pcm 18 month contract with Orange (that I'm about 5 months into) without having to pay the rest of it off?! Dying isn't an option.
Any help would be appreciated.
If death is not an option, how about bankruptcy? They're the only two I know of.
Or you can just cancel the DD, in which case they'll trash your credit file and hassle you with debt collectors. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Death isn't a useful option - as your Executor would have to pay out their valid claim that you need to complete your side of it. An alternative, is to sell your contract on to a willing taker - web sites like CellSwap UK marry up those wanting out with those wanting in!0
