Did you complain by secure message and by phone?
They might have 2 different people sending out vouchers for the phone complains and the message complaints.
Keep it. They've probably paid for the voucher anyway.
Go through quidco too - 5% cashback!0 -

Yes - I actually did both... the second when the first didn't seem to get a response.
Whilst I am tempted... I will wait and see what the Poll says - and will be guided by the "shared consicence" of my fellow MSE-ers...0 -
Like I said on the other thread - I would take it. I rang and sent secure messages so I'm not sure about the other theory above about different people operating them.
At the speed Smile work - it would be next Christmas before they realise - I expect you'll be long gone by then!!0 -

I have also received two vouchers which I have also quickly used before they notice the error! Don't feel bad - it is consumer revenge after all!0

Ha - got 2 vouchers too but didn't want to say anything until it all went through. Got 2 cases of wine on my doorstep today! Thank you Smile - I'll accept that as an apology for not sticking to your terms and conditions.
If you are using the voucher towards a more expensive case, go through quidco for 5% cashback on the amount you pay. Or if you have Egg money then go through their site for 10% cashback.0 -
Hi Guys
Just to let people know. I recently switched current account with Alliance & Leicester with the overdraft match offer. Just to inform people that evidence from your current bank of your overdraft limit is not ample evidence and you must also prove that you are in credit for at least two days of the month.
So if your pay etc doesn't put you in credit, they will only give you a standard £750 overdfraft. This should be fine for most people, but just to let you know if you had bigger ones in mind that they won't honour your old one.

So what did you do?
I've received a second voucher too and they haven't responded to the secure message I sent them on Monday telling them so and asking if it's valid. It seems to take me to the Virgin site ok. The wine from the first lot has been good so far!
...and I'm not closing the account because I was planning to change to Smile anyway.0
