Anyone had any issues moving house when using these guys?

The main issue is the cost - they only allow one connection per contract year, so if you move inside your initial period, it's £60 to move house. If you move after the first 12 months, then there is no charge, but you are tied in to a new 18 month contract.0

If you are happy with them, check the deals they are doing to keep people in another contract (£4.50/month seems achievable):
