Getting out of a Contract after poor service

Options
hi guys

just need some on advice on where I stand with o2. Ive been with them since December and in January they messed up my bill and promised to change the bill and refund the incorrect fee on to my bill. it was put in to dispute so i didnt pay it. Anyway 4 months later the bill is still wong, ive had calls everyday because i havent paid the bill depsite it going in to dispute and the balance being carried to the next month when i recived my last bill i could see they still hadnt refunded the full credit i rung o2 and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude to me after i asked for help analysing my bill as he had told me the money had been refunded. I rung up again today as my phone was cut off and i was told it was still incorrect and that theyve now sorted the problem. This has been going on for 4 months now and ive had enough ive had to call o2 everymonth while im in work and try and get this sorted. I'd really like to stop my contract with them as its just been terrible customer service am i able to do that?

Probably not, Best to contact head office.
  • if your still in contract which it seems you are then you will be unable to stop your contract, if you call them they will just say that in order to get out of contract you will have to pay an early termination fee which basically means pay off the whole contract! not the best option lol!
