    Been for a run tonight, very pleased I managed to shift my aR$£ and do it.


    Did 9k walk on Sunday, and 4k run (well, run/walk) last night and tonight...

    Scott's playing golf tomorrow late so I can't go tomorrow and I have plans Fri and Sat night (welll, I suppose I can go in the day then) but wont go Thur or Fri-may get on my mini trampoline actually...
