Thanks, still feel ill, can't believe how long this is dragging on for. Don't think I will ever eat apple crumble again.
Not sure if its flu or just a cold. I ache all over, and have done since Monday. The pain is still so bad I can't cope without pain relief. I can just about lift Natasha up, but can't carry her any distance. I've been alternately boiling and shivering, but have the runny nose and chesty cough I would associate with a cold.
Have no voice now either. Think the kids love it."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Id say flu - the tell tale sign is if a £20 note flew past, the person with a cold goes after it the person with flu doesnt!! Although your MSE self would kick yourself.
Sorry its not any better take care xx:j0 -

Morning.
My share money has hit my account this morning (amazingly, I appear to have sold them at just 2p under the year high...very unlike me! :rotfl: Doesn't matter if they go up now, I am still happy with that.).
So have paid back the money I borrowed from my savings account (this has to be done, and then left untouched, as it is money I will use to buy my ex out of the house), and given Stu his share (much of it was saved while we were together).
Have used every scrap of spare money and have paid all but £200 off my visa, which is :j :j except that I have used my shopping/petrol money for the month in order to do this, and also this week's 'general spending/entertainment' money.
So I basically have no money at all for the month, and shopping/petrol will have to be bought with either the credit card, or any additional money I can come up with.
My usual shopping/petrol budget for the month is £350, which would take my visa to £550. So, my challenge between now and the 20th December is to keep my visa balance lower than that.
If I can do that, then I have reduced my debt - simples."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Thanks.
Have just completed a 3 week trial of a deodorant, so will get £8 in vouchers for that - hoping they will arrive before Xmas. :T
Fed up with Lightspeed though, I can't seem to get through to the end of any of their surveys recently. Grrr!
I saw on the news last night that they are considering offering swine flu vaccinations to under 5's. Bearing in mind I had a letter a couple of days ago offering me it too, that means if both me and Natasha took it up, only Ryan would be left unvaccinated. Can't exactly do that can I!!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Good luck with the challenge! Same here with Lightspeed - grrr indeed.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

Snaggs, I would say that if you and Natasha have the chance to get the swine flu jab, you should get it. It is still being responsible as far as Ryan goes, because he then has no chance of catching swine flu from you or tash.....
I know you don't feel great about leaving him unvaccinated, but you would still be reducing his chances of catching it, by having two thirds of your household vaccinated. And he WILL be offered the jab in due course.
Hope that makes sense!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
