I have an HSBC Mastercard. What are they like with credit limit increases? How often and how generous? Thanks!

    Sorry abit of the question. I do NOT have an HSBC CC but do want one. Do you have any naughties on your file? When did you apply? What limit did they give you?

    Credit Cards - Barclaycard £2000 - Silver Card £1300 - Flybe £7500 - HSBC £1000 - First Direct £2500 First Direct Gold £3000

    I have a HSBC mastercard which has a limit of £500 and 18.8 APR which I apply for with my student account.

    HSBC are the tightest bank I have ever come across for CC limits.

    I am happy with my acccount because have the mastercard and 1250 interest free overdraft. HSBC are good to you if you run your account well.
