Are Ticket Inspectors allowed to issue tickets for smoking? Don't they have to be issued by the council? Is it actually illegal to smoke on a platform unless it is underground or enclosed on 3 sides? And how can they take him to court if they didn't give him an opportunity to pay immediately?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0
