3g complaint - email address needed

Hi all,
I was with 3g a few years ago, was mis-sold an 18month contract and after a few complaint back at the time, I never recieved corrispondents from them again. I'm looking at applying for a mortgage and have discovered a defaulted register for £48 with 3g. I sent them a letter late last year asking what has happened and for this to be removed. They never got back to me, I called their indian call centre today and they confirmed they recieved the letter and have just ignored me and not sent a reply. I am livid and want to email the CEO directly. I did this with BT and managed to get everything sorted out. I've had difficulty locating the CEO's email, please please please help me with this.

Try searching for "three ceo email" on the forums... not too tricky
The companies trading name is Three, not 3G, that might be why you couldn't find it.0 -
I found an email address for a CEO [EMAIL="kevin.russell@three.co.uk"]kevin.russell@three.co.uk[/EMAIL]
I've sent him my letter of complaint now.0 -
