    Just wondering if anyone who got the email back saying they had received the wrong product ( the small pop chic one) as a result of a picking error had actually recieved the correct lip gloss as promised, I've never received mine, might have to chase it up this week & wanted to know if others had actually got theirs??

    No I've not received mine either. I will give it a few more days before I chase it up....hope they do send the correct product as the pop chic one is no use to me.

    I have the same problem got sent the cheap old looking Rouge pop chic lipgloss and have had no replies to my emails and the number says it is closed and none of the options work, how did everyone else get through I can only find a contact us page and all 3 emails have been ignored :0(

    I've received the correct lip gloss today....a much nicer colour than the rouge pop chic one.

    I also received the correct lipgloss today, and agree it is definately much nicer than the one I originally received!

  • I bought this product on 22.04.2009 but not yet received any item from the saler? I wonder if they are going to send or not. any one has the same problem?

    I ordered on the same day as yourself, received my WorldPay receipt, and haven't heard/received anything since. I've just emailed them, so I'll let you know if they reply.
  • I ordered mine on the 25th April & got the receipt to say paid, the tracking on the website says it was despatched on the 27th but I have not yet received it.

    I emailed them yesterday but no reply so far.

    I had the same problem where it said my product had been despatched on the 24th and after sending 2 email they responded on the 11th May stating that '' There has been a massive delay on delivery of this order due to an overwhelming response this should be with you this week''.

    I actually received the lip gloss on the 8th and it was the correct one and is quite nice for the money paid. Hope this helps
