I have had bad experience with my lipgloss...it arrived fine BUT it was a half sized, Pop Chic Lipgloss that had been open and the brush was also ruined!!!Have tried to get hold of halfpriceperfumes, but voicemail says it is now closed even if open hours are 09.00 -15.00 and I have called both 10.00 and 13.00!! You can't leave any messages and sofar there are no replies to my e-mails. Does anyone have the same bad experience or can give me a tip of what to do to grab their attention? MANY THANKS

I also have the same problem with the lipgloss not being sealed and the brush ruined! Not a happy bunny to say the least :mad:

I got the wrong lipgloss - horrible dark purple colour:mad: - so emailed them and got this reply within half an hour.

Very sorry about this circumstance we will send the correct product at no extra cost please keep hold of the one you have received . This has been a picking error.

Hi there, like a lot of people I had problems accessing the site when I tried soon after it appeared on Martin`s Money tips email but just tried again today and access was quick & easy & my order has been confimed. The colour is different from the one mentioned in the thread but at that bargain price I`m sure if it`s not a colour that suits me I can put it away to include in a present in the near future!
