Result - those of you how had a wrong lipgloss sent to you, I emailed them to say I had been sent the wrong product, and just received this reply:
"Very sorry about this circumstance we will send the correct product at no extra cost please keep hold of the one you have received . This has been a picking error.
Kind Regards
Customer Services"

Oh, same problem, I received the rather cheap version Rouge Pop Chic by Bourjois in 'Violet pigmente'..a definite nono for me. Sent a rather unsatisfied customer email, see what I get back; though I'm sure with all the other complaints above, they are going to have a fair few to get through!

Well hopefully you should get the same response as me! Which was keep the one you have and they will send you the correct one free of charge! Can't complain at that...let's just see if it actually happens

Mine's just arrived but is Rouge Pop Chic, Rose Chrome. No worries though because it's still a lovely colour - wouldn't pay £10 however, as not that big! I applied for the revlon one ages ago, got nowt. Chased a few times, got nowhere. Then I tried emailing them to remove myself from the mailing list like someone on here did once, in the hope I'd get a bag of freebies in the post, still nothing, but lots of junkmail from them
