Pay Once Watch Forever with Sky

Options
We have recently moved into a rented house. We are looking at Pay once watch forever with Sky but the rules on what happens when you move house are unclear. The first phone call to customer services advised that there were no problems with moving and no cancellation and on checking this we were told that if you moved you had to leave all the equipment. Has anyone had any experience of moving house when this product has been installed.

Does you tenancy agreement allow you to get Sky installed would be the first question. Even if it does, I'd rather wait until I knew if I was moving before getting it in, much less hassle
  • We are allowed sky under our tennacy. We have only just moved in and will be there for another 11.5 months until the tenancy runs out. Sky have said that you need to have a BT line installed for 12 months with this package even if you just revert to the free channels. The trouble is that we will move the BT line when we go as that is an 18 month contract.
