Not only is that great news for those who have suffered the oppressive tactics of Mackenzie Hall, but a complete vindication of the advice given by sites such as this one and cag.
And proof, should anyone need it, that the OFT not only has teeth, but is now prepared to use them.
It is now more important than ever to report any deviation from the OFT Debt Collection Guideline by either MH, or any other dca, to Trading Standards/OFT.

My thread had dropped way down now, but another DCA got a slap form the Information Commisioner. So I will give it a celebratory link here:

BOTH threads are certainly worthy of the accolade of 'Consumer revenge'. :TI am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
