    Not only is that great news for those who have suffered the oppressive tactics of Mackenzie Hall, but a complete vindication of the advice given by sites such as this one and cag.

    And proof, should anyone need it, that the OFT not only has teeth, but is now prepared to use them.

    It is now more important than ever to report any deviation from the OFT Debt Collection Guideline by either MH, or any other dca, to Trading Standards/OFT.
