No, you will need a HDMI switch. Either manual ones for around a tenner or you can get automatic ones or remote control I think for more ....0

etc etc etc0

Do powered switchboxes and splitters such as these degrade an HDMI signal at all?
I've long been wondering if they might but have found nothing authoritative on the subject and have thus steered clear of them so far.
Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:
As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

No, don't think so, it's a digital signal isn't it (?) so you either get the signal or you don't .. looked fine to me anyway with my £10 box0

There's a possibilty they'd degrade the signal strength I guess. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0

Ive heard that the cheapie ones do induce a lot of 'jitter' etc which will slightly degrade the quality. Top notch ones (Like 300 quid or more) actually boost the digital signal:idea:0 -
Before I got my new Sony TV with 3 HDMI ports, I had an old 32" LCD TV which only had one HDMI port. I bought a Belkin 3 Port HDMI switch the same as this one:

It's a powered box which is well made in metal and comes with a really small remote control so you can switch ports from the sofa! I'd recommend it anyway. :T0 -

Well I never noticed any 'jitter' or have had any issues with it. It's gathering dust at the moment as I don't really have any need for it right now, but I am planning to get a DVD player which I can use with my PC monitor and use it with that if I want to add my PS3 to it every now and then.0
