I got something similar as according to those address look up systems my flat doesn't exist, but it then let me enter the missing details manually in boxes to the right of the search boxes.
That was for the 'pay by credit card' option, if you're opening a credit account then maybe they insist on the address being one registered on their system...

Just ordered 2 for the kids to play with. PX2346 still works fine so £24.98 for 2 (if they turn up!). If you tick the "pay with debit/credit card" box at the start rather than "credit account" then it's straightforward. I received a confirmation email immediately.

I have ordered mine - so let's wait and see - my son is going to a Birthday party in a fortnight - so if it arrives in time guess what his 8 year old mate will be getting for his Birthday!!

It's ok i just phoned the order through, there customer service is crap :eek: I had to order 2 times because their system went down
