Problem with User/password

Hi
I hope I can explain this clearly! My friends pc has 4 different users set up . one for each member of the family Her hubbie has set himself up as the only Administrator so that whenever she tries to download anything or change anything on her login, it always says she needs his password to give permission for her to continue. He is away right now, serving abroad and the old password of his that she used to know no longer works. His password hints dont help her at all. Is there any way to get round this and remove his Administrator role so that other users can do what they need to do without having to enter his password? Hope that makes sense!
