I bought an Amena sim card off ebay for around £12 which came with 12 euros credit. The price was around 40 cents a min to call home using it which wasn't bad but not as good as going to an internet cafe and using their phones which are around 12 cents a min.0

The Vodafone Spain one seems to have an offer option of 60 minutes for the price of one. I don't speak Spanish so haven't yet checked if this is all the time or off-peak only.0
