Accidentally paid bill 22p short - advice needed

Just to update, I spoke to the company this morning and as the account is now fully up to date they say there is no problem and it won't be reported on my file. They could see I made the majority payment and that was clearly an oversight.
They only contact credit file companies after two missed payments.0 -
